Patient Care Grants: Hearing

Often, deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals cannot afford the special equipment or medical procedures they dearly need. In communities throughout Washington and Northern Idaho, the Northwest Lions Foundation comes to the rescue by matching funds raised by local Lions Clubs for hearing- and sight-related costs.

Charitable support from the Patient Care Program goes to cover everything from a hearing dog to AUDIENT hearing aids to an ear prosthesis. In every case, this charitable support furthered the health and independence of an individual with hearing or sight loss.
