Patient Care Grants: Sight

Often, sight-impaired individuals cannot afford the special equipment or medical procedures they dearly need. In communities throughout Washington and Northern Idaho, the Northwest Lions Foundation comes to the rescue by matching funds raised by local Lions Clubs for hearing- and sight-related costs.

Support from the Patient Care Program goes to cover everything from a prosthetic eye to cataract surgery to braille readers. In every case, this charitable support furthered the health and independence of an individual with sight or hearing loss.
